And we are delighted to once again partner with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, Chatham County Center, providing fun and entertainment for everyone.

On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to invite you to display your arts and crafts, fruits, vegetables and livestock. Please review the different categories listed in our premium booklet and plan to enter your products. Registration begins for all non-perishable entries on Monday, September 19th from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and continues Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please note that only perishables items will be accepted Thursday morning September 22nd, between 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

We are excited to announce that R & D Amusements will be our carnival host for 2016, with rides, games and carnival foods. Again this year 5 Star Farm from South Carolina will provide their amazing petting zoo and additional games for all to enjoy.

We have prepared a fun filled four days of events for your enjoyment including music every night, both inside and outside. Come on out and bring the family, smell the aroma of the food and enjoy the rides and games!

Have a great, fun-filled week!
